Import Tariff :
Customers are liable for the import tariff/GST depending on the import regulations of each country. If the package is returned by custom due to unpaid tax, the order will not be refunded.

Normally an order will be delivered within 7 working days.
Customer will get order confirmation immediately once an order is placed. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, tracking number will be advised, and the delivery time will need 3-5 working days by our trusted courier partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, Australia Post. For smooth delivery, please do not use PO Box as international courier services do not support delivering to PO Box. Shipping fee can be calculated in shopping cart when entering the address. If you do not find your country in the dropdown list, please send email to serviecs@tplaza.com.au, we will check the delivery options for you.
For “Available on back-order ” items, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery.
Due to high logistics cost, minimum order amount over $30 is required for Courier Shipping.
